Centralized, perfect location. Spotless, well-appointed room with no small detail overlooked. Staff was amazing. Hotel was quiet, room was serene. Bed and linens were heavenly!

Had a great experience at Hotel Granvia and would definately stay here again and recommend to friends and family.
Hotel located at the Kyoto station making travel to and from very convenient. Rooms are spacious and have nice decor. TV has English translation. Excellent breakfast buffet with both Japanese and Western food items. Staff very helpful and accommodating. Delivered our luggage to our rooms from luggage transfer from previous hotel, made all arrangements and completed documentation for luggage transfer to our next hotel. Made dinner reservations at requested restaurants and hand delivered a map to the restaurant to make sure we went to the proper location. Checked on us to see if we are okay and if they could be of any assistance.
Everything was great and nothing to dislike.
