A service beyond expectation!
Great concierge team. Mr. Tagawata and the other staff managed for our son to see and join a local sport training. We were greeted by the high school staff. The students were very welcoming. Moreover, the conciege staff had interesting suggestions for activities in Kyoto- a wonderfull experience. Thank you. Doumo ariigatou gozaimasu,

What was the highlight of Hotel Granvia Kyoto
A lovely stay.
It was above the Kyoto station so very convenient for day trips as station was right there especially at end of the day and for early starts and also to get back to Tokyo for our return. We took the family room which was spacious and convenient. The hotel had loads of nice restaurants. We tried the teppanyaki restaurant on the 15th floor . It was fabulous food with a view of the Kyoto tower lit up. I would certainly stay here again if visiting Kyoto and had day trips to do.
